My Story

Hello! I’m so glad you made it to my humble space!

My name is Suzanne (my mother decided to pronounce it “su-zeyn”), and people who know me call me Zane (“zeyn”). I run this little shop alone, making everything in the kitchen of a tiny apartment, which is just perfect to accommodate me and my daily bustle!

I’m madly passionate about food—especially breads, pastries, and desserts. Learning about the classics and exploring food from different cultures satisfy my never-ending curiosity about the beautiful, diverse world of food. It excites me, endlessly! Though I must say, after making something once or twice, I like throwing my own flair every now and then.

I take great pleasure and care in making them, so I hope you get a thrill out of my crazy love for food!
