I put pâte sucrée, kirsch almond cream, spiced poached pears, and sliced roasted almonds together for this French classic: Pear Almond Tart!
NOTE: Depending on the time of year, I cycle through three different types of pears. After poaching, the pear can have a reddish hue or golden in color.
